Question #1: unable to get people to sign up, getting " The server is too busy at the moment. Please try again later "


Anyone have any idea why this is happening.
By the way, if logged in, the forums run just fine, never get a busy server error.

OK The server too busy message is now gone
vBulletin Options -> vBulletin Options -> Server Settings & Optimization Options -> *NIX Server Load Limit <==== fixed it up (vb7 thing I guess )

OK QUESTION #1 has been figured out

Can anyone help with #2 ?
Questions #2: how can we change the text on our registration page ?
