Cenetering footer links

I'm having the darnest time centering up the links on my footer. I have attached a screen shot with red arrows pointing to the links that I want to be where the white arrow is along with the footer code. Making the most obvious change didn't do it. I located what I thought was the item to move and replaced "right" with "center" and instead the links went far left! So I took it back to right as can be seen in the code.

Help anyone?

Obviously you tried doing center which made it go left im guessing.
If you did it like this: $stylevar[center] wont work.. just try simple align="center" shd work.
