Display vBulletin Recent Threads on A Non VB Page

Hi there, I was just wondering if theres any mod or way to display vBulletin's recent threads on a non vbulletin page? I'm currently running vb 3.7.

Ok I plan on using a RSS feed, but now how do i make the RSS feed display its content on a html page?

Also, how can i have the RSS feed display recent THREADS instead of recent POSTS?

For some reason, that is only showing me a link labeled "Latest Active Threads". I want the actual names of the threads displayed
