The Join Date in the postpit is gone does anyone know how to fix this?

Not sure I understand what your saying. Your saying make a whole a new style (Skin?)

Select your style manager in the admincp and then click add new style at the bottom, leave the first option as it is and just give it a title (default is good).

Select a display order and then switch to this style which will be the default vb style on your forms and check if the join date is there.
