Navbar changes

I am trying to make room for more navbar items.

On the navbar, I would like "FAQ" to say "Rules & FAQ".

I also would like "User CP" to appear only in the "Quick Links" drop down .

How can I do that, please?

Edit the phrase for "FAQ (in the Admin CP). Edit the navbar template and move the User CP link down into the QL drop-down.
