How do I rid this bar near my header?

The gray'ish bar near my header needs to go. It's wasted space but I can't figure out where and how to get it removed and both blue bars to touch.

might check for a <br /> at the end of the navbar template, or at the top of you
forumdisplay, forumhome, shothread
