This may be a dumb question. But, I can not seem to find where in the admin control I can change my banner ads on the front page of my v-bulletin site of www.spearboard.com. I used to be able to change the banner advertisements on a particular forum by ftping the ad to my server and putting the name of the ad and its website link into somewhere in the admin control. I am wondering if this ability was lost when I upgraded from an earlier version of vBulletin. Does anyone else have any suggestions? Thanks!

Banner ads are not yet included in a default vbulletin installation (inexplicably, at these prices).

So presumably whatever mod you were using to ad them was incompatible with your update and is now disabled. You may still be able to find it in your AdminCP>Plugins & Products>Manage Products, and then try to find an update for it here.

That is very useful. I am not a programmer. The only thing in there was Goldbrick Media System version 1.0a. But, I also note that the top of the page says "Warning: Plugins are currently globally disabled via config.php."

Could banner ads be controlled by something other than a plug-in?

Thanks, Tony

Does anyone have a recommendation for a new banner ad plugin?

I use https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=179083. But you still have plenty of ads on your site, so just adding more really isn't the solution. Your site is busy enough that you should be able to hire someone to figure it out.

Maybe try https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=30.
