Sticky Threads

I have just installed vbulletin 3.7.2 and a template from vBSkinworks. I cant seem to find a way to sticky any threads. What do I need to do to correct this?

There is normally an option on the new thread page. (Scroll down and it should be listed under the Attachments section).

Or you can do it using: Inline Thread Moderation (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/main/inline_moderation_thread)

Or when viewing the thread you can use the "Thread Tools" menu located above the thread.
