I've been runing around in circles a couple of hours now and I've started wondering what is head and what is tale

I've been looking for some good mods, and every now and then I come across some really good ones, mostly when using the search function.

So I was wondering if there is somewhere you hide all the good stuff? :D

What I'm really asking is if there is a way to find the most downloaded, best rated, etc.?

And while I'm at it I might as well ask for few things I'd like:

A right menu with links to last posts? Note I saw this one, but after a few attempts I gave up adding it: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=175181 - not everyone is a coder or has experience you know :o

I'd like something that shows online users as well.

And yes I do apprciate the effort people put in to making these things.

-frustrated n00b :erm:

1. Guessing that is short for something?
2. How kind of you to let me know after I've tried for an hour or two ;)

No offense :)

You can sort by installs.

I'd be careful just installing mods because they're popular. Either you need a mod or you don't. Just hang around a while and you'll get a feel for what's working and what isn't. But I suppose I've been guilty of sorting on 'installs' once or twice on the really slow days. :)

Side columns may not be the best way to do what you want. For one thing, once you have them there you have to put something in them. Ditto portals like vbadvanced.

Online users are already shown by default.

But, sorting by installs does give you a better selection ("better" meaning, the most common needs, some of the more commonplace tools that aren't inherent to vB, etc) of mods to browse though, without neccessarily installing everything at the top of the list.

Most installs doesn't necessarily mean a better hack either. You have to consider the complexity of working with the code, the options available, and the support issue also.

Thanks guys I was starting to feel down when I posted. But a good night of sleep have done me wonders and I'm reeady to take new quests on :)

Here are a few simple problems I'd like to solve, any help would be appreciated:

I would like to change the phrase that makes the top of my browser say "Danmarks bedste fodboldforum! (http://www.ontopic.dk)". I'm pretty sure it is phrases because I got the language file from a friend of mine that have fodbolforum.dk? FIXED
My site shows new posts all day even if posts are a day old, how can I change it?
vBulletin logo in left corner of admin or moderator area not showing properly?
Favicon doesn’t show on firefox bookmark tool-line? But it works in browser. I tried refreshing cache. FIXED
I would like to add a rigth side column like this one: www.fodbolforum.dk does anybody know the name?
I need a place to add small images with links to contests an stuff like that? I was thinking top right corner, how do I go about setting it up?

Thak you for any answers in advance!

All these questions are already answered in the forums. Fire up your search. And just browse a while.
