itrader/point system help

when i click donate and enter a amount i donate to my members, it minuses the amount from my account but for some reason the person i send to does not get the points. so i have to go to the admin cp and manually give them the points. but it minuses it from me but not them. anybody know why??

also, i have itrader installed and somebody helped me fixit yesterday because it wasnt showing the feedback score under my members avatars in every post. like it will have (0) under there avatar/username, and when you click that it will take you to where you can submit feedback. it will say submit feedback for this user and you select positive, negative, neutral.

but for some reason, it went away again. its up at the top on the toolbar but some reason it wont show up now.

how do i fix this?
