Extra Line Breaks Added When Editing Posts

For some reason, many times when I edit a post, especially when I toggle between Editor views, I get a bunch of extra Line Breaks added to my post.

Also, many times I will see a blank line (line break) in the editor, but once I submit the post, the blank line disappears. (When I wanted it there for spacing.)

I'm running vB 3.6.7 PL1

:confused: Any idea what could be causing this?
