gave someone ftp access now need help

Excuse my language but, you're a moron for giving ANYONE FTP access to your vBulletin installation.

If you reupload you're vBulletin files your database might still be intact. So you should still have your forum data all there. (Obviously there is no guarantee its still there, though)
