Low-Fi Version Available?

Is there a low-fi version of vBulletin available kind of like what invision has with no graphics?

I'd like to be able to give my forums members an option of a low-fi version or the full version with graphics and images.

My dialup members have no real trouble with regular vbulletin. Just don't add on a bunch of Ajax mods.
