Ad banner in a specific location?

We are trying to put my sponsor ad banners in a specific location. We have tried a few things and nothing has worked. If you look at the pic below we want to put the horizontal banner above or below the blue "Sponsors" bar where the black line is. Anyone have any ideas if this can be done? Thanks..

Try to put banner code inside the Description in ACP>Forums&Moderators>Forum Manager> Edit Sponsors forum.

I dont know how to put it above or bellow this line. My solution is for put image inside :)

I forgot to mention I hoping to have a rotating banner also..

So you must to look for a banner rotator hack (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=169266&highlight=banner+rotator) and put the code witch you will have generated from this hack :)

Already have that installed as the main banner and dont think I can ad a second one.. The site is www.moddedraptor.com if you want to see it..
