forgotten password email sending

forgotten password email sending is not working but when i run the email sending test in the maintenance tools it send emails but when u click on 4got password or email verification its not working

can any one help please !!!

Please check spam/junk folders.

nop bro they don't come in spam or junk emails

Or sometimes, the mail server will just reject the email directly (especially Yahoo and Hotmail). Check the mail logs.
