Shoutcast player

Hello i was wondering if there is anything out there that will play the .pls file that shoutcast broadcasts.

I have tried the shoutcast full mod, but i dont think port 8000 is opened on my host.

What im looking for is a media player that will play pls files. Does anyone know of anything?
