i'm not sure what you need ... however you can allow anyone to use the BBCode into Usergroups permissions ...

You should specify that in original post then. If you are up for it, you can try modifying: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=180842 by removing the "sticky" conditions. (ask in the modification thread for guidance) Otherwise I don't believe there are any other modifications currently available.
