Social Groups Link

Could someone please tell me if there is a mod or instrutions on adding a link on the nav bar directly for the social groups? I know there is one in he pulldown menue, but i would like a seperate link on the nav bar to make it more noticable thanks.

Check the Quick Links drop down as there is a link in there to the Social Groups.
