I think I have gone completely stupid over the last 24 hours. But can someone tell me how to fix this.
My users are saying they can't view the following:
My Threads
Today's Posts
My Replies
How do I go about fixing this?

Well you aren't really telling us much to go on, but did you happen to disable your forums?
admincp > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > Turn your vBulletin on or off

Alternatively you could try:
admincp > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager >
Pick one of your usergroups that have been reporting issues, click Edit to the right of their listing.
Now scroll down the page and view the Forum Permissions make sure something didn't get turned off.

No, my board is on. These features are all located in the navigation bar.

What do you mean they can't view? They don't see the link? Or they get a "no permission" page?

No permission, sorry. But I have checked everywhere I am thinking of and it's all enabled.

Works fine for me. Check the User Group of the people having the problem. Specifically, check to see if Forum Searching Permissions is set to Yes.
