upload via url broken

Anyone else have this issue, every time I try and upload an attachment via URL (movies in my case) it only grabs half the video. If I download the video to my machine, then upload it normally it does just fine. Yet for some reason, every time I use the upload by URL function I only get about half the movie.

I'm using vb 3.62

Just curious if anyone has run into this.

Does this also happens with smaller files (an image for example) and from different sites?

Yes, pretty much across the board. Small images, to large videos. What file/files handles this?
