Firefox - IE7

I'm a really "neat" guy if you know what I mean. I like things to be perfect. Yes it's a curse.
I just like the way things look in IE7, such as:

In FF it just doesn't look good...

The border is too dark in FF and it doesn't align.
Is there a way to maybe fix this? Sorry I'm real picky xD

Well there is Pros and Cons to both of them ;)
