Transmission Timeout

Hi,

I keep getting the following problem, I have had a read through here and i have the portal txt in my index.php and i also have the timout value set at 3 i have also changed the timout setting trying diffrent settings from 3 to 30 and i still get this issue. Its not all the time but its getting more and more frustrating.

This is the error i get,

Transmission Timeout (1480.74 sec)
This score was not submitted from the game. Your score will not be saved.

Can someone please help???

1480 seconds is FAR to long, seems your server is VERY slow... 1480 seconds are about 24 minutes !!

This happens all the time ?

not all the time but too often if you know what i mean.

The server is hosted on siteground and normally they are very good, i have never seen any issues with the server being slow.

Any suggestions?

not really, the script can't accelerate your server ;)
