I need some member promotion help (or useful script)

I can't upload it because it states it?s an invalid file for some reason, I have tried uploading it to the server and it says the same thing. I am also having trouble setting up promotions and even had VB set it up for me for it still to fail. My members are getting a lot of spam via PM and I need something like this code. Is there anything I can do? I am using V 3.6.10

May sound like a stupid question, but you have unzipped the file first havnt you?

lol yeah.
When I try and upload it says it’s invalid. I have installed products before and had no problem before. My members are getting spammed BIG TIME via PM.

The damn robots are Soaking through your memebers list, what i did to simply fix the PM process is confuse the damn spam robot by renameing Members list in the fourm toolbar to somthing like "Community Users"
