Reputation Points and Ignore feature

Does anyone know of a mod that will tie the ignore list a user creates to the rep points? I've noticed that users can by-pass the ignore feature by using reps to annoy each other with.

This is maybe a design flaw within vBulletin - I would post this on the bug tracker to see what the devs think.
