nav bar - search and quick links not working?

anyone can help, please... im not sure.. if a mod i installed has disabled the function of Search and Quick Links menu

how can i fix this?

Try also with a default skin.

the problem was, the vbseo copyright was deleted by the mod... this disabled the links... why would vbseo do that?
