When FTPing games to the server I notice the following files have disappeared in the arcade file:

modules
skins
tar
tmp
zip

I re-upped the tar to complete the uploads and checked the file manager in cPanel, they we're there but not visible.

I have over 2500 games installed.

Any ideas?
