feed back on vbulletin search engine

hi, im just wondering what search engine vbulletin uses to have results like this? please see attachment.

is it a search engine that does this?
or is it just a long term google feature?

like if you are on google long enough google just adds your site like in attachment?

if it is a search engine, can anyone suggest a really good search engine apart from vbseo?

I think Google just does this for 'authority' sites, or sites it considers are important.
