Images hack request

Can someone get me a hack that let's users post images under their username? I know there's one for the UBB. http://www.nintendonation.com has one. Is there one for vB?

I'm working on a hack that has icons based on the number of posts a user has. The more posts, the more icons you can select from. It won't allow user's to use their own icon unless the admin adds it for them.
