Is there a way to Color Topics and Subtopics?

i want to be able to color topics and subtopics different for example.....
see how it is colored different where it says health and well being? yea well i want that to be the only color like that on each topic similiar to that.... or if there was a way to add a horizontal line to just the bottom part after it says diets and fitness..

That's probably just basic html used when creating the forums. Try going to your forum manager editing the forums and inserting the following in the title:


<span style="color: red;"> Forum Title </span>

Obviously replace red with whatever colour you want.
