Changing forum order breaks my forum's width

Any idea why reordering the way in which my forums are displayed would alter the forums width?

It's suppose to be locked @ 1024px (seen here (http://boards.polycount.net/?styleid=25)), but if I make I change the order so that anything besides 'General' is first the forum breaks and the list is shown @ 100% browser width.

Any ideas?

My guess is that something in the templates is "conditioned" for the General forum which keeps everything together.
