Uploading Mods 2 Server?

do you have to upload all mods to ur server after you have uploaded the xml file?

The reason i ask is i finally figured out how to upload the mod to the forums I then go to vb options it is in the options and it is enabled, but I dont see them on my forums.

What am i doing wrong?

It depends on the modification. Modifications must have install instructions, and gaining support for modifications, you are requested to post in the modification thread.
