I need to add this for google to verify my site... Which file? Anyone know?

I believe that would go in the headerinclude template of whatever style is set to be your default.

is the URL 24hourforum.com?

I checked that site and did not see it anywhere. Make sure you put it in the headinclude template of your theme.

Make sure you apply it to the default style set for you forum - Google looks for it on the root page.
