The only thing I changed is Main Table Width (set to 760 pix)

try to use the percentage for this parameter ... set to 100% and check out ...

smilies are too big - stretching the table

Suggestions:
- you can also edit the # of smilies displayed per row - "Smiliebox Smilies Per Row" found within the "Message Posting Interface Options" in ADMINCP / vBulletin options.
- you can move the smilies below the editor
