How can I have it that with new members I would moderate their first 5 posts? Is this something within my Admin Panel I can control or is it a Mod?
Thank you :)

I'm sorry still learning, what is the promotions? How would I find this in my Admin Panel?
edited to add: I found the Promotions section in my Admin Panel, but what do I do to set it so that users first 5 posts are moderated?

In the Admin control panel: Create a new usergroup for "Fully Registered Members" or such and set it up based upon the "Registered Users" usergroup. Then in the Registered Users user group you can set the posts to be moderated for it by selecting "No" for the permission:
"Follow Forum Moderation Rules
If no, posts are always placed into moderation queue"
This will cause the posts by the regular registered members usergroup to be morderated.
Next create the promotion which will move the users from "Registered Users" usergroup to the "Fully Registered Member" usergroup with the criteria of "Posts" being 5 posts or more. Promotions run on a cron job (scheduled task) every hours, I believe it is, and it will automatically move the members from the initial moderated usergroup to the non-moderated usergroup for you.
This is what I do on my site with 2 posts or more and it really helps to remove all spam members that may get past the captcha verification.
