Every now and again i get this error when submitting scores

Anyway to fix it?

Go into the AdminCP and into your Arcade settings. Change the timeout setting to 3. All this does is prevents users from freezing the post data, so they do not have time to edit it before it is submitted to the server. This is to prevent cheating.

Did you ever get this fixed? This seems to only happen in IE. In firefox everything seems to be fine. And I have the IE fix turned on...Is there something else that can be done?

This score was not submitted from the game. Your score will not be saved.

Transmission Timeout (0 sec)

Has this ever been fixed? My users are getting this error at random, and they are getting upset when they lose a high score to it.

I'm getting this error now on my board since moving host...

Any update on fixing this?

Same problem with me also. I am not sure, but I think this happens on v32 games.

Can we have some sort of official response to this problem as it's extremely frustrating as members of my site enjoy the arcade but are going mad that their scores are not submitting.

Do you know why this is happening or shall we take the lack of official line on this as you're lost to know why?
