Hi Vbulletin Team

i think its error after update 3.7.1 PL1

Some Times I getting database error For some users in mail id :-

So i think need to change database

I done asuall before how to i change database restoreing




Before Take database backup :-

1. did you just upgrade to 3.7.1 OR you moved to a new server as well. Why did you played with the database ?
2. Did you edited the config.php correctly.
3. Did you confirm the setting in vbulletin options->Site Name/URL/Contact Details ?

If you just performed the upgrade, then there shouldn't be any problem. You must have done something wrong. Try disabling all your mods. If it doesn't help, create a child style with No Parent through Style Manager and see the effect.

old database getting always database error

so i take database backup and create new database and import old old db to newdb

after confing edit new db setting sir

I m not able to understand what exactly you are saying..

DISABLE ALL YOUR INSTALLED MODS. you can turn off the Plugins from the Admin CP:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Plugin/Hook System -> Enable Plugin/Hook System -> No

How did you backup and restore the database?

did you just upload the /install/ directory, or ALL the files when you upgraded?!

do you have the backup of your original site so someone can help you technically?
