Weird Profile Issues with 1 Member

I have a weird profile issue with just ONE member!

The only hack I have in the profile section is the youtube hack which I disabled and same issue, and the bottom footer hack, did the same.

Any clues?

Im betting the background image is to large.

I removed her background and the issue is still there.
