Help - moving database to new server - identify problem ?

I'm transferring the database to a new mysql server and have managed to get most over- there seems to be a problem with phrases (I think) screen shot is of admin panel. Forumhome has lost nav bar text, the welcome username bit and the who's online headers - basically the vb phrase texts.

I;ve re downloaded and uploaded vbulletinphrases table a couple times now - so it seems this isnt the problem. Does any one know what else it might be ?

I'm a complete novice at this so don't go too technical on me.

Exactly how did you move to the new server?

I've just had this, this morning myself.

I resolved it by uploading tools.php to /admincp/ and then restoring the master language files from the tools page.
