Which plug-in fits our needs?

I know there area number of options out there. Since it's hard to know all of them, I'm hoping that this thread will help me to at least narrow down that field to a few choices.

We're looking for a banner/affiliate system for our forums.

We sell software and have a number of resellers. As a way to generate reseller interest in our software, we would like to offer a banner/affiliate system.

While we haven't narrowed down the logistics of this system just yet, we do have some ideas.

We cannot nail down this system till we know what's possible with the current mods.

What we would like:

A banner system that:

Auto rotates banners
Has the option to have geo location based banners (IP based?)
Has automatic payouts
Has comprehensive statistics


I understand that this is most likely going to be a pay for modification, and that's fine.

What are my options here? Are some of these requirements unrealistic?
