Automatically Changing Certain Text to Links Mod

I tried to search for such a mod but I can't find one. However, I have seen it on some forums before....

Is there a mod that will automatically change text "Sample" to a linked text "Sample (http://sample.com)" whenever such text is entered in a new post?
