PHPBB 3.0.1 to Vbulletin 3.7

I want to convert my phpbb forum to vbulletin without losing my members and posts n stuff.

can anyone assist or point me in the right direction, thanks...

thanks.. is this correct..

my phpbb board is still running, ive uploaded uploaded vbulletin along side it

/forum = phpbb
/forums = vbulletin

do i need to setup a new database and install vbulletin??

ive downloaded ImpEx and i'm up to the part where its asking for details in the config file...

the target... i take it this is the NEW database for vbulletin? and source is my phpbb forum database..

i know its probably obvious, i just wanted to make sure it was correct. thanks

The target is the database where vBulletin is installed, the source database is the database you are importing from (in this case, the phpBB database).
