pre-populate post with text mod?

i think i remember once seeing a mod that lets you set up a defult post for a forum. when i user would create a thread it would have some text already in the post. i think vborg used to use something like it for when people needed help with their sites. does anybody remember this mod and have a link to it? thanks!
