everything is on the picture..i need to make the same thing...lines around the forums..so it will be more visible and clear..anyone have idea..:(?

and also I do this Inner Border Width (pixels)..i changed it to 1 but it didnt look the way wanted..the picture above i posted it looks more visible..

Well you would have to edit some template but easier way also is goto advanced css
and try and giving border to .tborder class, maybe it will help.
