Smiley Issues

We just had to move my forum to a new server due to the long term outage at The Planet's data center. After the move, for some reason, smilies are not clickable any more. When making a post or a reply and you click on smilies it does nothing. If you enter the smiley code manually, this is what you get:

How do I rectify this? I looked all through smiley and images settings but found nothing.

Make sure all files exist and are up to date.

Yes, all the files are there and as up to date as they can be. Everything was backed up right before the move to the new server. For some reason the smilies are not even clickable. The cursor does not even change.

Problem fixed... permissions were not intact after the move for some reason.
