3.7.1 PM option?

I recently joined a radio forum that is running the lastest version of vB. When I get a Pm, it shows "Your Notifications", that has a drop down box which shows the following,Unread Private Messages, Incoming friends Requests, Requests to join your social groups, with a few more as well. I like the option, is it somethat vB has or is it a mod? Thanks in advance, JPT.
