I'm waiting for the real domain to update with the servers still but i am using the IP of the hosting..which should work as well?
I get a bunch of letters. My MB's went past 150 last night so my old host shut it down as that was the limit I guess. So I tried to delete the PMs/Adminlogs/and ModLogs tables. I just completely emptied them all trying to see if it would get under 150MB's and come back..it didnt so decided to move it. Do you think that could be why it's doing this? Or is it something else?
I'd not good with this kind of stuff..been doing this for the last 24 hours pretty much though and need to get this up ASAP =(...any help and i'll GREATLY APPRECIATE IT. THANKS

if you need technical support on your original forum, i would suggest you open a ticket at http://members.vbulletin.com/membersupport_contactform.php
... i would recommand to not give all your site infos to anybody in pm if they are not having a great reputation here, we have a rush or scammers lately...
basically, what i see is not related to your database but a file edit... because we see part of the content of the index.php file itself, and this is not supposed to happen in a non-customized script.
if you have the backup of your site from before you start deleting content, this would be good to keep it... you can't drop the PMs without problem because they are related to a bunch of details, they have to be deleted from the inside of the system.... adminlogs btw are not a problem, you can empty these tables anytime.
i know your forum, i think i am even registered to it... so it's sure i would be glad to see it back without problems.. :) --- i do not remember what was the topic though... i visited it last month if i remember right!

This is a hosting issue. PHP is not parsing. He needs to find out his host's path to PHP and then download vbulletin from the vbulletin.com members area using "other options" and pasting that php path in the CGI Shebang text field.
He needs to remove that link, which is why I told him to check his PMs. I also alerted the mods, who seem to be taking a smoke break right now.

We smoke on the job. ;)
When your report was processed, PHP files where handled normally on the server, so no action was needed anymore.

I apologize for going into panic mode.
Combs, I recommend changing your database password.
