Added Column for Forum Manager

I'd like to be able to see the forum's id without having to click on each individual forum.

anyone willing to show me how? this could be quite useful.

If you hover over the link to a forum you'll see a URL in the status bar (bottom left of your browser). The number on the end (of where it says f=X) is the forumid. (X being an integer)
