here we go again :p
i'm wondering about the feeds, i've just settled onto my board some feeds from a couple of web sites ... i'm glad to see that all runs correctly, but i also saw that the feeds words are limited under 300 words per feed, after that if my users are interested in this feed must go (by clicking 'more' link) to the feeds owner website ... so i need to increase this character limit, is possible? how?
TIA

No, that is the whole point of RSS - to provide only "snippets" of the content to users to redirect them to see the full content of the website.
This shouldn't be a problem, though. The RSS article should be used to promote discussion not to just copy content from another site.

Danny maybe you're right ... but i think 300 characters are too few ...

Don't seem to have any long descriptions, so this one should not be a problem.
http://www.gazzetta.it/rss/Home.xml
Same for this one.
Don't think the vB.com thread is about the same problem as it discusses increasing the column length for the Feed URL, not the text.
