replies above original post

Hi, I am having a problem with vbulletin. When I log in as admin the replies are showing below the original post like I want them to, but when I log in as a registered user the replies show up above the original post. I would like it to show the replies below the original post for all users, but can not seem to find the setting. Can anyone help me with this?

do you mean the ordering of comments?
if so you can control this via admincp / forum manager

do you mean Thread Display Mode?
if so .. admincp / vbulletin options
