Panel (forms) buttons problem

Hi there, hoping you can help me. Firstly I wasn't sure where to post this so I apologise in advance if it's in the wrong section.

My problem is, since updating to 3.7.1 from 3.6.9 (not sure if this has got to do with it) The posting reply panel has messed up.

The posting buttons e.g. font / size/ etc are all hidden in black.

If i highlight them with the mouse they come up and after I take the mouse off, the colours of the buttons are to what they are set to.

Now my problem is how do I get the buttons to show up properly?

I'm really hoping someone knows where the problem is, or how I can fix this as it's only happening in the "long reply" page, not the quick reply box.

Hi,

Here is exactly same problem. Though i am not sure when exactly this hapened. Addition to Your problem - font colours wont popuo, so i cannot change color from wyiswg editor.
